The various psychological healing techniques I had learned came to me naturally, intertwining like a vast web, enveloping my mind. Practices that had surfaced while I focused on my breathing and meditated, attitudes toward emotional wounds, methods of forgiveness and acceptance, and even ways to view myself and others with love all came to mind one after another. These techniques blossomed naturally, healing my heart, as if they had been waiting within me for a long time, like seeds waiting for this moment. They weren't forced or forced down; they simply rose up on their own as I opened myself.
