As I sat down, catching my breath, my mind immediately became as calm as a clear lake. In that stillness, I experienced a sense close to the certainty of being able to freely handle my emotions. Instead of suppressing or rejecting them, I gently embraced them as they were, and soon they spread into a power capable of embracing and healing even the wounds of others. It was as if my heart had become a vast vessel, embracing even the pain of others, transforming it into light and releasing it.
Now, I no longer had to wait for the light to touch my heart. It already permeated me, functioning as a part of my being. With the need to "touch" removed, meditation flowed much more naturally and expansively. Just as I breathe in and out, the light in my heart was always connected, and the moment I recognized that, all my boundaries were released.
That light transcended my personal experience and embraced the entire community I belonged to. The scene I saw in my meditation was no longer an illusion. People were respecting one another and thriving, and this prosperity was expanding beyond the local area and into the world. Just as a small seed grows into a forest, the prosperity of the community spread like waves, intertwining with the evolution of all humanity. What was remarkable was that, even as I witnessed this scene, I no longer had any doubts. I felt a strong sense that this was not a mere dream, but a layer of reality.
I felt a sense of mission within it. It wasn't a burden to force myself to do something, but a sense of relief that I was walking naturally along a path already laid out. The path unfolded on its own, and all I had to do was happily walk along it. The pull was strong but not oppressive; it was gentle and gentle, like the wind gently pushing me along.
In that moment, happiness wasn't confined to me. It was connected to the outside world, becoming a reality shared by everyone. Happiness transcended a personal emotional state; it was a living flow in which I and the community simultaneously grew and harmonized.
At the end of the meditation, a peaceful certainty of "already being" enveloped me. The external circumstances that seemed real might not yet be fully realized. However, within me, everything was already in perfect working order, and I had an unwavering faith that this would inevitably manifest itself in external reality. In that belief, I was no longer anxious or impatient; existence itself was sufficient.
And that sufficiency was divinity. Divinity was not far away. Right now, in this very moment, where I breathe, I, the community, and the world were already connected as one.
Meditation, Inner Peace, and Community Growth
As I settled into a comfortable position and steadied my breath, my mind immediately became as tranquil as a transparent lake. Within that stillness, I tasted a sensation close to certainty that I could handle my emotions freely. Rather than suppressing or rejecting them, when I gently embraced my emotions as they were, this acceptance expanded into a power that could even embrace and heal others' wounds. It was as if my heart had become a vast vessel, capable of containing others' pain and transforming it into light to send forth.
Now I no longer need to wait for light to touch my chest. The light had already permeated within me and was functioning as part of my very being. Once the condition of “needing to be touched” disappeared, meditation flowed in a much more natural and expanded state. Just as I breathe in and out, the light in my chest was always continuous, and the moment I recognized this fact, all boundaries dissolved.
This light transcended mere personal experience and embraced the entire community I belonged to. The landscape I had seen in meditation was no longer a vision. People were achieving prosperity while respecting one another, and this prosperity was expanding globally beyond regional boundaries. Like a single seed growing into a forest, the community's prosperity spread like ripples, connecting with the evolution of all humanity. What was remarkable was that witnessing this scene no longer raised any doubts within me. A strong sense of reality conveyed that this was not simply a dream, but a layer of actual reality.
Within this, I felt a sense of mission. Not the burden of having to force myself to do something, but the relief of naturally walking along a path already determined. The path was unfolding by itself, and I simply needed to joyfully take steps upon it. The calling was intense but not oppressive, gentle and warm like a breeze lightly pushing me forward.
In that moment, happiness did not remain confined within me alone. It was connected to the external world and approached as a reality shared by everyone. Happiness transcends individual emotional states; it was a living flow where both I and the community grew and harmony simultaneously.
At the end of meditation, a peaceful certainty that “it is already accomplished” enveloped me. The external circumstances that appear in reality may not yet be fully in place. However, within me, everything was already proceeding perfectly, and an unwavering belief settled that this would inevitably manifest in external reality as well. Within this belief, I was no longer anxious or impatient, and existence itself was sufficient.
And that sufficiency was divinity itself. Divinity was not distant. Right here in this moment, in the very place where I breathe, I, the community, and the world were already connected as one.
