On a quiet morning, sunlight slowly seeped through the window, bathing the space. I felt the air in my small room tremble slightly. I placed an old coaster on the desk and wrote her name on it. Each time I traced it with my fingertips, it felt as if each letter vibrated with a subtle light, awakening my consciousness.
She had been in pain for a long time. Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, a consequence of a car accident, was quietly eating away at her body and the rhythm of her life. Although she loved dancing, her body grew heavier and heavier, and the pain recurred like a bell, signaling the start of a new day of suffering. I felt that the pain was also connected to the weight of emotions that had been suppressed for years.
I slowly took a deep breath. I opened myself to the compassion in my head, the longing in my heart, and the light that amplified those feelings. Then, the space within me brightened and a warm vibration arose. It was as if a gentle beam of light descended from the heavens, connecting my heart with hers.
The light was initially a transparent white, but soon changed to red and purple. It gathered around her pelvis and waist, and I felt a density of stagnant energy there. The red was a trace of pain, the purple like a wave of suppressed emotion. I felt the colors speak to me. "This place has been stagnant for a long time. Forgotten passions and suppressed sorrows are intertwined."
At that moment, I decided not to judge, but simply listen to the colors with compassion. As I gazed at them with compassion, the red began to slowly sway and change its vibration. I felt this vibration flow from my heart. It was as if the compassion within me, like waves, was seeping into her pain.
After a few minutes, the purple border softened, and the red began to change to yellow. That yellow was warm and alive, like sunlight blooming in the darkness. As the light enveloped her pelvis, I felt her relax. Our bodies were far apart, but our consciousnesses were united in a single space. I imagined the light dancing and flowing through her body.
At that moment, a sense of bliss welled up within me. An indescribable tenderness, as if the entire universe were embracing me in unison. It wasn't just mine, it was ours. A joy born from compassion, and that joy, in turn, begets compassion. I felt waves of infinitely clear love within it.
I couldn't tell how much time had passed. All my senses were fused into a single vibration. The light still enveloped her and me, and I whispered in the center of that light, "Have a nice day."
After the session, I slowly gazed at the name on the coaster. At first, it was just letters written on paper, but now it seemed to hover in light itself. The space became quiet, and a yellow light gently flowed into a corner of my mind.
Energy always speaks through color. Pain is red, healing is yellow, love is gold. And only when we understand these words can healing begin. Today, I continue this conversation with compassion. Light always awaits within us, and when we open our hearts to it, divine synchronicity quietly blossoms in every corner of the world.
