Last night, I went to bed later than usual. The room was quiet, but my mind struggled to fall asleep, swirling with thoughts. The day's accumulated events and the reverberations of small emotions seemed to linger in the dark room, refusing to let me go. At that moment, I naturally regulated my breathing and recalled an energy healing technique. I imagined a light flow gently enveloping my body, and continued breathing, connecting my head and heart. Gradually, the intensity of my distracting thoughts diminished, and my body and mind began to relax. Though not deep, sleep finally came.
But sleep wasn't restful. I tossed and turned frequently in my dreams, and even in the wee hours of the morning, my sleep was light, waking me up several times. When morning came, my body felt more heaviness than refreshment. Yet, deep within my heart, another feeling blossomed. The light I often encountered in meditation still quietly enveloped me today. It was a current, invisible yet distinctly felt. Like a companion, never forgetting me, always by my side, this light seeped into my heart, quietly illuminating my existence.
A few days ago, I began meditating, imagining an aura surrounding me. I imagined a light radiating from within, enveloping me like a transparent yet warm protective shield. This image wasn't simply a play on words; it was an inner experience that allowed me to rediscover the weight and value of my own existence. What's surprising is that during the few days I continued this imagination, a significant shift occurred in my external world.
People's attitudes had changed. I hadn't specifically asked them for anything, nor had I shown any significant outward change. I simply maintained my aura, speaking calmly and without rushing. As a result, the other person's gaze and demeanor clearly displayed a more respectful and considerate air than before. It was as if the light and aura I'd imagined had actually resonated with others in real life.
This experience could have been a mere coincidence. But my mind didn't consider it that way. At that moment, I clearly experienced the intersection of inner and outer worlds. The light and aura I had evoked within me actually transformed people's attitudes in reality. This corresponds to what meditation calls synchronicity—a meaningful coincidence. My inner state interlocked with the reactions of the external world, creating a single flow.
Within that flow, I gained a crucial realization: the aura of existence is not simply an imaginary decoration, but a bridge connecting me to the world. The calm and respectful attitude I deeply choose expands through my aura, and this naturally resonates with others. In other words, the spirituality that blossoms within me is projected onto reality through me, transforming the scenes of my life.
Although I was exhausted from a lack of deep sleep the night before, light still enveloped me. It was a force that restored me, and at the same time, it was the source of a mystical transformation in my relationship with the world. The start of the day, a strange coexistence of fatigue and a clear aura, posed another question: "How will today unfold?"
I returned my breath to my chest, seeking the answer. Feeling the light seeping in deeper, I sought to converse with the entity within me. I concentrated on not missing the small resonances it conveyed: compassion, warmth, and a calming energy. As the subject, I accepted these sensations and encountered the entity within the temple of my body. In this encounter, compassion naturally blossomed. And that sense of compassion, along with the light of my aura, would flow into reality and transform my relationships for another day.
A Sleepless Night's Energy Healing: Finding Inner Aura
Last night, I went to bed later than usual. Though my room was quiet, my mind couldn't easily fall asleep and was rippling with various thoughts. The accumulated tasks of the day and the lingering echoes of small emotions seemed unwilling to release me in the dark room. In that moment, I naturally steadied my breathing and recalled energy healing techniques. I imagined a flow of light gently enveloping my body and continued breathing that connected my head and chest. Gradually, the intensity of distracting thoughts weakened, and my body and mind slowly relaxed. Though not deep, sleep found me through that space.
However, the sleep was not comfortable. In my dreams, I frequently tossed and turned, and even at dawn, my sleep was light and I woke several times. When morning came, rather than refreshment, my body carried a strange heaviness. But from deep within my chest, another feeling arose. The light I often encounter in meditation was still quietly embracing me today. It was an invisible yet clearly felt flow. This light, like a companion that never forgets me and always stays by my side, saw into my chest and quietly illuminated my existence.
For the past few days, I had been doing meditation imagining an aura surrounding my being. It was an image of light spreading from within me, enveloping me like a transparent yet warm protective shield. This imagination was not mere image play, but an inner experience that led me to rediscover the weight and value of my existence. What was remarkable was that during these few days of continuing this visualization, meaningful changes occurred in the external world.
People's attitudes changed. I hadn't made any special demands of them, nor had I shown any outwardly visible major changes. I simply maintained the sense of aura and continued telling my story with a calm voice, unhurried. Then the look in others' eyes and their attitudes clearly contained more respect and consideration than before. It was as if the light and aura I had imagined within me had actually resonated in others' hearts in reality.
This experience could be mere coincidence. But my heart didn't see it that way. Because in that moment, I clearly experienced the intersection point between inner and outer. The light and aura I had conjured within actually changed people's attitudes in reality. This corresponds to what meditation calls synchronicity - meaningful coincidence. My inner state intertwined with the external world's response, creating a unified flow.
Within that flow, I gained an important realization. The aura of existence is not merely decoration in imagination, but like a bridge connecting me and the world. The calmness and respectful attitude I chose from deep in my heart expands through the aura, approaching others as natural resonance. In other words, the spirituality that bloomed from within projects into reality through me as a medium, transforming life's scenes.
Although I hadn't slept deeply the night before and my body was tired, the light still enveloped me within that fatigue. It was a power that restored me, and simultaneously the source that created mysterious changes in my relationship with the world. The start of a day where tired body and clear aura strangely coexisted posed another question to me: 'What kind of flow will today unfold with?'
To find that answer, I turned my breathing back to my chest. Feeling more deeply the sensation of light seeing in, I tried to dialogue with the essence within me. I focused my mind to not miss the small resonance conveyed by the essence - compassion and warmth, and calm energy. As the subject, I accepted that sensation and met with the essence within the temple of my body. In this meeting, compassion naturally bloomed. And that sense of compassion would flow into reality together with the aura's light, transforming another day's relationships.
