Pull-ups are not a passive movement where someone pulls you, but rather a movement that actively uses your body's muscles and nerves.
A pull-up is the exercise of maintaining an optimal standing posture through the correlation between the spine, pelvis, and legs to properly upright the body.
If the muscles responsible for maintaining proper posture become shortened or, conversely, weakened and stretched, they must be lengthened through stretching or strengthened.
To do a proper pull-up, you shouldn't stretch your body upwards like taffy, nor should you tense your body too much beyond the appropriate level.
Since everyone has different physical structures and lifestyles, the process of clearly understanding one's current bone and muscle segmentation status must come first.
The only muscles that control the center of the body are the soles of the feet, which are in contact with the ground, specifically the plantar muscles.
