The major physical and environmental causes that can trigger or worsen depression are as follows:
Omega-3 (DHA) Deficiency: 90% of our brain lipids (fats) are composed of DHA. If this essential fatty acid, which the body cannot synthesize on its own, becomes deficient in the diet, depression and memory decline are likely to occur.
Electromagnetic Field (EMF) Exposure: Continuous exposure to microwave-frequency electromagnetic fields generated by mobile phones, wireless internet (Wi-Fi), smart meters, etc., can cause a wide range of neuropsychiatric problems, including depression.
Herbicides and Environmental Toxins: Exposure to certain herbicide components (such as glyphosate) can cause excitatory toxicity and oxidative stress in the brain's nervous system, potentially leading to behavioral disorders such as depression.
Fake female hormones (estrogenic): The estrogenic substances found in plastics and chemicals, which I explained earlier, are also one of the key causes of depression by disrupting neurological and emotional development.
