Rotator Cuff Tear

  1. Shoulder
The rotator cuff consists of four muscles that originate from the shoulder blade (scapula) and wrap around the head of the upper arm bone (humerus): the supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor, and subscapularis; they are also called the SITS muscles, named after the first letters of their names.
Pain occurs when one or more of the four muscles covering the shoulder joint rupture.
Shoulder joint movement becomes restricted, making it difficult to lift the arm horizontally.
There are cases where pain disappeared and natural healing occurred after performing SNPE proper posture spinal exercises following a diagnosis of rotator cuff tear.
There have been many cases where loosening tight back muscles with T-Move exercises relieved tension around the shoulder blade, smoothed the movement of the rotator cuff, and restored the range of motion of the shoulder joint.
