Day 2-3 of taking diatomaceous earth

I mixed a teaspoon of water and drank it in the evening before going to bed.

My stomach felt very comfortable starting from the second day of taking it.

I'm not doing it because I really don't want to.

On the third day, my morning bowel movement was also much softer and more comfortable compared to before taking it.

It seems like digestive function has been maximized.
